30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, starting from the date your order is delivered. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Returns

Please contact us at support@splitscreenera.com before sending anything back so we can give you return instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or a free replacement if your item arrived damaged or defective, you received the wrong item, your order never arrived, or you are not satisfied within the 30-day guarantee period. Please include your order number and, where relevant, photos of the issue when you contact us.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot refund items damaged through misuse after delivery (for example washing the robe with the heating power bank or controller still attached), requests made more than 30 days after delivery, or orders delayed by carriers, customs or an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they have not been processed for shipping. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear.
