Product Use and Safety

Our heated robe is a comfort product, not a medical device. Please follow the care and safety guidance on the product page and in the package. Always unplug and remove the power bank and controller before washing. Never use the heating function while the robe is wet. Do not use the heating function while sleeping. The heated robe is not for infants or young children, or for anyone who cannot feel heat or cannot operate the controller on their own. If you are pregnant, have diabetes, poor circulation or reduced sensitivity to heat, ask your doctor before using the heating function. Stop using the heating function if it feels too hot or the robe or cable looks damaged.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ClearioWax is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
